About
My passion for osteopathy developed through my own experience as an elite ballet and contemporary dancer. During my years performing internationally, I received osteopathic treatment for injuries, which gave me a deep appreciation for careful assessment, clear diagnosis, and thoughtful hands-on care.
I trained at the University College of Osteopathy (formerly the British School of Osteopathy), where I completed my Master’s degree in Osteopathy with Distinction, graduating top of my year. Throughout my studies, I received multiple awards for outstanding academic performance, including the Silver Award for Academic Excellence and the R.K. Hardy Prize for research.
Alongside my clinical work, I am currently completing a postgraduate diploma in women’s health osteopathy at the Molinari Institute of Health. This advanced training is deepening my understanding of pregnancy-related pain, postnatal recovery, pelvic health, and the complex interactions between the musculoskeletal, hormonal, and nervous systems.
I work with patients from across Finchley, Barnet, and the wider North London area, supporting people of all ages and backgrounds. I have experience treating a wide range of neuro-musculo-skeletal conditions, and my approach is always tailored — guided by careful assessment, clinical reasoning, and a clear understanding of each person’s needs.
While academic achievement is important to me, what truly defines my work is my love of people and my commitment to high-quality, individualised patient care. Many patients value the continuity of care I offer and the time taken to understand not just symptoms, but the person behind them.
In 2023, I was Highly Commended as Associate of the Year at the national awards of the Institute of Osteopathy, in recognition of my clinical standards, dedication to patient care, and commitment to ongoing professional development.
Before retraining as an osteopath, I trained at the Greek National Ballet and the London Contemporary Dance School and performed internationally for 11 years. This background continues to shape my clinical work today, particularly in my treatment of dancers, performing artists, and active individuals, where movement quality, precision, and long-term resilience are essential. I am a member of the Osteopathic Performing Arts Care Association, the One Dance UK Healthcare Directory, and the British Association for Performing Arts Medicine.
As an osteopath, I combine my understanding of movement and biomechanics with current research and evidence-led practice to provide care that is thoughtful, effective, and centred on the individual.
I am registered with the General Osteopathic Council and am a proud member of the Institute of Osteopathy.
